A brass and porcelain kerosene lamp with chimney from the mid 19th century. It is 23" tall with the glass chimney (almost certainly not original) and 16" tall without.

The porcelain column is handpainted with a lovely rose pattern.
No makers name is found. All original, never been electrified. Brass has patina, unpolished. Base shows loss of black enamel.
Overall in very good condition. |
