Paper Mache German Santa Claus with Glass Eyes Fabulous 28" paper mache Santa Claus in original clothes. Made in Germany ca 1920s-30s. Blue paper label under boot reads Made in Germany. Condition is very good considering its fragility. Figure has original clothing, cap and boots. Glass eyes! The cotton beard is worn and needs to be replaced, the nose is slightly dented but easily repaired and repainted. One eye had started to recede. Original clothing is in good repair, although faded. Original boots and hat. A marvelous find! Details are amazing. More photos on request.

Pair of Antique Santa Claus Christmas Bulb Covers A vintage pair of paper mache' light bulb covers. These were probably made in the 1940s during the time of war time shortages of metal and lack of imports from Germany and Japan who had previously exported most of our Christmas ornaments. Doesn't seem like these would pass safety requirments today. I reccommend using them as ornamnets only. Don't place them over hot bulbs. 2.75"x 2" and in good condition. Price is for a pair.
