Antique Porcelain Silent Butler or Crumber A marvelous fine porcelain, hand painted silent butler or crumber made in Thuringia, Germany ca 1904, by the Kalk Porcelain Facory. A wonderful Victorian item, it is cobalt blue with gold trim and the Fragonard courtship scenes depicted all around the lid. The gilt hinge is in good condition and the action to open and close is easy. In excellent condition and just beautiful!

R S Prussia Water Lilies Bowl A molded large serving bowl made by Rheinhold Schlegemilch with the RS Prussia mark. Made between 1880 and 1917. It has the image of reflected water lilies in a pond. The feathery acanthus leaves or plumes of the molded bowl set off the lovely pastel colors of the water lilies. In good condition with one factory glaze pop. 3.25" tall and 11" wide. No chips or cracks.

CT Germany Gold Encrusted Bowl with Handles A fancy molded shallow porcelain bowl with gold handles and elaborate scrolls. It has brilliant pink and orange open roses in the center. The roses are beaded. This bowl is mark CT Germany with the eagle symbol. It dates from 1890s-1918 when the C. Tielsch company was acquired by Hutschenreuther in 1918. in good condition with 2 glaze or ash marks in the bowl.

Exquisite Gold EncrustedTray with Pheasants An exquisite fine china tray with encrusted gold trim on the rim and handles. A transfer brace of pheasants in a woodland scene in the center. Curved and slightly lifted edges, plus the attention to detail, take this far from the ordinary. Unmarked, but likely a German piece similar to the work from RS Germany and RS Prussia, the Schlelgemilch potteries of the late 1890s. 10" wide and 12" long and in very fine condition.

Fine Germany Deer Charger Cobalt & Gold A fine cobalt and blue large cabinet plate or charger, decorated in the center with a transfer print of a stag or deer in a forest scene. The plate is fluted and scrolled and has a gold filgree on the cobalt ground. A minor scratch among the gold scrolling may be found by tilting to the light, otherwise not visible.
This is an exceptional fine china plate done in the old German tradition of strict attention to details.
