Czechoslovakia Bird Flower Holder or Frog A bird flower holder or flower frog, made in Czechoslovakia in the early part of the 20th century. It is 4.5" tall and has been repaired. See photos. Bird was separated from stump at one time and then reglued. Only age has darkened the glue and made it just visible. Price reduced accordingly. Would have been $49

Art Glass Decorative Decanter Possibly a Czechoslovakian art glass decanter, This brilliantly colored stretched and twisted art glass pieces is a magnificent art deco harlequin design in bright yellows, blacks and orange. The corkscrew shape stopper is bright blue and has a yellow medallion. Ground pontil and in excellent condition. Quite a showpiece!

Antique Salt Box with Roses Made in Czechoslovakia in the early part of the 20th century, this is a wonderful antique salt box to hang by your stove or fill with ivy for a planter. Also good for recipe cards. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is a natural flaw in the wood of the lid, probably the edge of a knot.

Blown Glass Red Cattail Vase An art nouveau or arts and crafts design of cattails or reeds in a marsh decorate the thin glass of this mouth blown vase. It is flashed and frosted with great artistry. The cattails are different on each side, attesting to the hand made quality of this vase. Extremely thin glass with no chips or cracks and having a rough pontil. The flashing shows small dots but no scratches. 10" tall.

Eichwald Art Deco Majolica Vase An earthenware vase from the Eichwald Pottery in Czechoslovakia, which started in 1871 and continued until 1945.
This art deco vase has an incised mark and probably dates from 1918-1925.
It is a beautiful majolica piece with pink rosebuds in a yellow basket and a lovely green background with lilac trim. There are small glaze chips on the feet only as shown. For display purposes, one side is perfect.
A stately 13.5" tall.

Oscar & Edgar Gutherz Royal Austria Tea Set An unusual dark green tea set in the fine porcelain made in Austria ca 1899 by the O & E Gutherz Pottery in Austria, later Stara Role, Czechoslovakia. Marked Royal Austria as a sign of the high esteem in which these potters were held. The pattern is Rose Dubarry, pink full blown roses on a dark green ground with gold trim. Beading accents each piece, an unusual technique not often seen on Gutherz's pieces.
The condition is superb with only a bit of gold paint wear on the sugar bowl rim and handles, just a bit.
